Shipping Clerk

1st shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Full-time Shipping Clerk needed for well-established company in Canton! You would be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including order picking, packing, and shrink wrapping
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely to load and unload trucks efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status or issues.

Experience

Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with familiarity in shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management software.
Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers.
Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes along with basic math skills for measurement, weight calculations, and data entry accuracy.
Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service mindset to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
