• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Experience with 1:1 patient ratios
• Proficient with Epic charting system
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP certification required
• Experience with:
  • Labor & Delivery management
  • High-risk deliveries
  • C-section circulation and recovery
  • External/Internal Fetal Monitoring
  • Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Prostaglandins, and Terbutaline administration
  • Neonatal resuscitation and newborn care
  • Postpartum care and hemorrhage management
  • Obstetrical triage and sterile vaginal exams
• Community hospital experience preferred
• AWHONN Advanced and STABLE certifications preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be willing to float as needed per unit requirements
• Every other weekend required
• On-call may be required during low census (up to one on-call shift per pay period)
