Your schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Some overtime as needed

You will

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to drive uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Build and execute PM programs; read ladder logic, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Support automation and continuous improvement to advance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Work cross‑functionally to follow SOPs and comply with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree
• Hands‑on Allen‑Bradley PLC work (programming, troubleshooting, hardware)

Tech stack and equipment

• Allen‑Bradley PLCs
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Conveyor systems
• Servo motors

Competencies we value

• PLC troubleshooting

• 120/208/240/480 V electrical systems
• Electrical installation and troubleshooting
• Industrial electrical systems; heavy‑equipment electrical diagnostics
• Electrical schematic reading
