Education Level High School Diploma (credible) Work Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience (Customer Service Representative) 3-5 years of relevant experience (Personal Banker) Banking Experience (preferred) Duties/Responsibilities Assisting customers with their daily banking needs Creating a high-quality, positive, and customized customer experience Recommending the best products and services to deliver financial solutions that empower people to achieve their goals and dreams Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask job expectations Adaptable to an Internally and Externally Changing Environment Cash handling/data entry with accuracy Comfortable having conversations with customers and cross-selling products and services when opportunities are uncovered.
