This is an exciting opportunity for a physician to join a well-established and collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, midwives, and nurse practitioners. We emphasize an academic approach to medicine, holding regular clinical meetings, pre-operative conferences, Journal Clubs, and quality assurance/improvement sessions. The structure of our practice and call schedule is designed to promote an optimal work-life balance, ensuring both personal and professional satisfaction. Our skilled midwife team handles first call for routine deliveries and triage, collaborating closely with our physicians. Overnight and weekend calls can be managed from home, and when in-house presence is required, we offer a dedicated, private, and comfortable on-call suite.

Our practice excels in gynecological care, with our physicians recognized as leaders in minimally invasive and robotic surgery within the community. Established office schedules consist of 70-80% gynecological cases, and all surgeons have dedicated block time for robotic and major surgical procedures at the hospital. We also perform minor procedures in our in-office surgical suite and provide both routine and high-risk obstetric care. Our facilities include access to Level III NICUs, comprehensive medical and specialist care, da Vinci robotic systems, and 24-hour in-house anesthesia services.
