Set Up Mechanic

At our company we keep things moving. We are a fast-growing production facility dedicated to safety, quality, and efficiency. We know that our production lines are only as good as the mechanics who keep them running. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a skilled Set Up Mechanic to join our team, take ownership of our machinery, and ensure our daily operations run without a hitch.

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Machine Set Up & Changeovers: Safely and efficiently set up, adjust, and tear down production/packaging machinery according to specific product runs and daily schedules.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues during production runs and make real-time adjustments to minimize downtime.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks (lubrication, part replacements, belt adjustments) to keep equipment in peak operating condition.

• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all machinery is operating within safety guidelines and producing goods that meet our strict quality standards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with line operators and production supervisors to ensure smooth transitions between product runs.
