We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on, and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire team performance, and drive guest satisfaction and financial success. Position Summary The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, sales, revenue management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with strong operational knowledge, leadership ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance guest experience, employee engagement, and profitability while maintaining the hotel’s boutique culture and operational excellence.
