Work You’ll Do As a Project - Consultant, Managed Services on the Managed Services team, you will be responsible for: Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities for complex projects and programs.Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, action items, and performance metrics, and report status to project teams and leadership.Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, reports, status briefings, and project records.Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, document meeting minutes, and facilitate communication across project teams, customers, and leadership.Support resource planning, budget tracking, process improvement initiatives, and compliance with established project and document management procedures. A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree1+ years of experience supporting project or program management activities1+ years of experience tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items1+ years of experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, status briefings, and meeting materialsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft ProjectActive Secret Clearance requiredAbility to work onsite in Panama City, FL 100% of the timeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. #LI-KD5
