Fabrication Technician II – Frazeysburg, OH
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; mandatory OT Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: Up to $17.75/hr starting

Summary

Seeking reliable, team-focused individuals for hands-on fabrication machine operator roles. The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced environments, operating equipment, problem-solving, and working collaboratively to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
• Inspect products and verify specifications
• Troubleshoot basic machine/process issues
• Support safety procedures (including Lock Out/Tag Out)
• Accurately input production data into ERP systems
• Maintain clean, organized workspace per 5S principles
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (training available for those with mechanical aptitude)
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math
• Accurate tape measure reading skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Self-motivated; committed to safety and quality
• Able to stand for long periods and safely use hand/power tools
