Senior Business Analyst, Business Analytics, AIS

Overview SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST, BUSINESS ANALYTICS, AIS – The Senior Business Analyst collaborates with multiple departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. They work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure business data and reporting needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. The analyst independently documents user requirements and translates them into specifications that can be implemented by AIS programmers. They identify areas for process improvement and research and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing data analysis and data visualization, and disseminating results through summary reports, dashboards, and interactive online data visualizations built in Advancement’s Quest CRM (an Affiniquest CRM built in Salesforce) or integrated solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Work with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure business data and reporting needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. Independently document user requirements and translate them into specifications for AIS programmers. Identify areas for process improvement and research and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide data analysis and data visualization, and disseminate results to multiple audiences through summary reports, dashboards, and interactive online data visualizations built in Quest CRM or integrated solutions. Qualifications Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows. Ability to analyze data and create reports and visualizations (dashboards, summary reports). Experience turning user requirements into specifications for developers. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integrated solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tulane University
