Job Overview Department/Unit: Cardiovascular and Critical Care Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $104,306.00 - $166,890.00 The Nurse Clinician is a highly experienced nurse who, through clinical experience, study, and supervision of practice at the master’s or doctoral level, has gained expertise in a specific specialty area of patient care services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate the advanced knowledge and skills required for specialty nursing. Be responsible and accountable for the development and application of specialty practice standards, staff development, regulatory compliance, and research to enhance the quality of care to patients and their families. Act as an advanced practitioner essential to the management of complex patient and system‑related issues. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing (required). Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in a specialty area. Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills. Registered Nurse (RN) – State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (required).
