The Position Senior or Head Fashion Stylist (Full‑time) Position Overview As a fashion-forward leader, you will serve as an ambassador for the AKIRA brand, consistently exceed sales goals, and deliver an exceptional styling experience that leaves every client saying “I LOVE AKIRA.” Essential Functions Deliver outstanding customer service by following AKIRA’s 5 Steps of Selling. Offer expert styling advice and trend insights to clients. Curate merchandise to create complete, head‑to‑toe looks for clients. Manage and personalize fitting rooms to enhance the client experience. Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients to foster loyalty. Contribute to the overall upkeep and appearance of the store. Maintain a thorough understanding of AKIRA’s product offerings. Exceed individual sales goals with determination and focus. Collaborate to meet and exceed the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Physical Requirements Move products, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, and lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on the needs of the role. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10–12 hour shift.
