Cruise Consultant delivers personalized services to clients in a full-time role, responsible for booking vacations, providing recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Research and prepare proposals for clients Process quote requests and manage client bookings efficiently Provide exceptional customer service and address client issues as they arise Required Qualifications 5+ years of travel industry experience, preferably in the cruise market Knowledge of various cruise lines, ships, and global destinations Experience with Cruise Line booking tools Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Zoom Experience in a Cruise Line or Travel Agency is required
