Build a Global Outsourcing Strategy from the Ground UpDart is seeking a strategic Supplier Outsourcing Program Manager to build and lead our outsourced finished goods program. Lead development and execution of Dart’s outsourced finished goods strategy for an assigned product portfolioBuild and manage a global network of suppliers and contract manufacturers, ensuring strong performance, quality, service, and supply continuity.Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate opportunities and support business growth.Design end-to-end supply chain solutions, including sourcing, transportation, inventory, and distribution strategies.Create and implement standardized outsourcing processes, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption across the organization.Partner with Transportation and Distribution teams to determine appropriate transportation modes, port strategies, routing structures, and distribution network requirementsEstablish inventory, replenishment, and stocking policies that support customer service objectives while managing working capital effectivelyMonitor supplier performance, service levels, inventory health, lead times, costs, and other key performance indicatorsIdentify and drive corrective actions when supplier, service, quality, or supply issues occurDevelop business cases and recommendations related to supplier selection, sourcing decisions, and supply chain designMaintain visibility to market conditions, supplier capabilities, and supply chain risks that may impact the outsourced portfolioTravel domestically and internationally to visit suppliers, assess capabilities, and strengthen strategic partnerships.The Ideal CandidateA builder, not a maintainer.Comfortable working through ambiguity.Equally effective in a manufacturing facility, executive meeting, or supplier site.Skilled at creating partnerships and influencing decision-makers.Excited by the opportunity to design processes, build supplier networks, and create lasting organizational change.What We're Looking For...Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in supply chain, operations, business, or engineeringExperience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), foodservice packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.Experience in supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, or manufacturingStrong business, financial, and supply chain acumen.Depth of understanding and application of supply chain design, inventory management, transportation, supplier management, and sourcing processesExperience working with external suppliers and managing cross-functional business relationshipsExperience with low cost country sourcing, particularly with suppliers located in Asia and MexicoUnderstanding of HSTC codes and tariff structures that affect decisions involving sourcing into North AmericaUnderstanding of international freight, including ocean freight, port operations and drayage, to be able to engage effectively with international transportation on these topicsExperience evaluating complex business tradeoffs involving cost, service, inventory, risk, and operational executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop business cases and recommendationsAbility to influence and lead initiatives without direct authority.Strong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environmentPosition Location: Mason, MI (Hybrid: 2days remote/3 days in-office)Travel: Up to 50% Domestic & International#LI-KS1Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
