HR / Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist Tri-Cities Area $25/hr.+ (Depending on Experience) Monday–Friday * We are actively recruiting candidates for this role for our clients.* We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR / Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to support our client. This role is ideal for an HR professional who excels in full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, and managing multiple priorities. *Key Responsibilities* Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Onboarding & Employee Experience: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from offer acceptance through orientation. Prepare employment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Serve as a trusted resource for new employees during their transition into the organization. Monitor onboarding progress and follow up to support employee engagement and retention. Human Resources Administration: Maintain employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with HR programs, compliance initiatives, and employee relations matters. Support various HR projects and operational needs as required. Qualifications: Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field. Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
