Physical Therapist (PT), Outpatient | $10K Sign-On Bonus
Full Time | Outpatient Rehabilitation
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with supervisors and team members
• Assist with patient scheduling and daily charge posting
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
• Educate patients, families, and nursing staff regarding follow-through programs
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition
• Perform duties in accordance with professional standards and applicable state and federal laws FACILITY

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000
