Vigil Agency LLC , a trusted Allstate Agency in Parker, CO, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-driven , client-focused , and looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

What We're Looking For:

Highly motivated sales professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must have active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Insurance experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be willing to work in-office at our Parker, CO location (this is not a remote position)

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customer relationships
Educate clients on Allstate’s insurance products and coverage options
Provide exceptional service to existing clients while pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
