In this role, you will balance hands‑on installation work with leadership responsibilities, including training crew members, maintaining open communication with supervisors, and ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and budgeted hours. You will also be responsible for monitoring safety, reporting equipment or site issues, and setting the standard for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead specialist on job sites to ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner within budgeted hours at the highest quality standards in accordance with job specifications. Report equipment problems, unsafe conditions, and accidents to your supervisor and safety manager immediately. Mow lawns, mulch, trim, weed, and assist with maintenance. Experience Requirements 1+ year of landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience.
