What You’ll Do

• Lead the experience: Oversee daily operations — from food safety and guest service to training and scheduling.

• Grow your people: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers excellence.

• Own your numbers: Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and profitability goals to hit performance targets.

• Plan for success: Execute operational plans and adapt strategies to ensure consistent, top-tier performance.

• Protect the standard: Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality expectations.

• Build community: Represent OMG McDonald’s as a leader who values integrity, teamwork, and hospitality.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in food service or quick-service management (2+ years preferred)

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Consistent attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to inspire, teach, and hold others accountable
