Description Production ManagerThis position is responsible for working with the Account Manager/Supervisors, establishing annual work plans and ensuring all goals are achieved.Job Type: Full-Time +, Non-ExemptPay: Competitive, SalaryEssential Functions & Responsibilities:Oversee and manage budget and mileage goals established.Evaluate crews for production efficiency and determine methods to improve.Provide conflict resolution when necessary.Coordinate manpower fluctuations.Educate customers, community groups and jurisdictions concerning potential vegetation/electric conflict hazards.Mentor and development of general forepersons.Mentor and development of crew members.Ensure that maintenance programs meet all federal regulations and/or utility standards.Primary contact for after-hour tree crew requests and/or storm-related activity.Insure proper billing.Oversee the Quality Assurance Programs.Performs other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to effectively direct, motivate, and develop teams in a production or field environment.Proficient in the use of personal computers and standard business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, production or reporting systems).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.Ability to safely operate an approved company vehicle in accordance with company policy and applicable driving requirements.Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.Previous experience as a Vegetation Management General Foreperson required.Pre-ScreenUpon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.License & Certifications:Driver's License required. ISA Certification required.
