What You Can Expect Responsible for administering and analyzing contracts, maintaining customer pricing in SAP, group maintenance, and expediting order exceptions with regional buying groups, medical surgical distribution companies, integrated health systems, and individual facilities while assisting with national group purchasing organizations. Administers contract maintenance process to ensure sales transactions are accurate and recorded timely. How You'll Create Impact Intermediate level of pricing processes Ensures that signed and executed agreement is followed and that the agreed upon pricing is loaded accurately Responsible for reviewing and approving pricing requests by applying appropriate business judgment in compliance with Zimmer Biomet Policies Manage contracts from the RFP stage to contract initiation, perform contract maintenance, and sales reporting Assist senior specialists by maintaining group membership lists, group maintenance requests, hierarchy changes, pricing for contracts, and group communications Assist with implementation of national agreements Ability to interact and be point of contact with Customers, Distributors, and internal management to provide guidance around documentation, billing and price points Prepare slides for Price Committee Prepare sales history, ASP, and impact analysis for assigned national group purchasing organizations, regional buying groups, integrated health systems, and individual contracts Prepare, Review and approve final commitment documents and follow through with the field offices, Corporate Sales Directors, and national group headquarters to ensure commitment levels are accurate, approved by the appropriate people, and assigned to the proper pricing level Maintain product line technical expertise Develop and prepare reports to analyze Zimmer Biomet sales, average selling prices, and price impact analysis as necessary This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act. What Makes You Stand Out Demonstrate analytical skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of sales reporting and ability to learn new software applications and job skills Highly motivated, self‑starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints. Orthopedic industry experience Influence the direction of our internal and external customers in regards to contract management Ability to recognize opportunities, help to improve existing processes while prioritizing and adjusting work in a flexible manner. Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data. Thoroughly understands and applies good contract management principles. Education and Experience Advanced Microsoft Office Suite required. Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP query experience required SAP, Vendavo, Alteryx, Tableau experience preferred Required Education / Experience High School Degree or Equivalent and 6+ years of applicable experience OR Associate’s degree and 4+ years of applicable experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of applicable experience Preferred Education / Experience Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business management or equivalent with 3 years of experience Travel Expectations Up to 5% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability Expected Compensation Range: $71,500 to $85k plus target bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Zimmer Biomet
