Adecco is hiring for Quality Control Technician Quality Control Technician Location: North Austin, TX 78753 Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Pay: $21.00/hour Our Mission You're the last set of eyes before a pair of Zellerfeld shoes reaches a customer. Your role is to make sure every product meets our quality standards, document what you find, and share insights with the team so we continue to improve. No engineering background needed—just attention to detail, focus, and clear communication. What You’ll Do Inspect shoes at various stages of production (including pre- and post-finish) to ensure visual and structural quality Check for consistency in patterns, finish, and overall product appearance Follow established SOPs while identifying opportunities for improvement Document findings, track recurring issues, and maintain clear and organized quality control logs Handle rejected pairs by documenting issues, reporting findings, and supporting resolution efforts Share feedback and insights with the product team to support continuous improvement Work closely with production teams to identify and prevent defects early in the process Your Profile Safety‑minded with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Detail‑oriented with the ability to spot small inconsistencies others may miss Comfortable maintaining organized logs and communicating observations clearly Reliable, proactive, and works well in a team environment Previous experience in inspection, quality checking, or hands‑on production (formal or informal such as garments, food handling, or product sorting) Background in footwear, fashion, garments, crafts, or other hands‑on work is a plus, but not required Based in Austin, TX or nearby Why Join Zellerfeld? You’ll be a key contributor to both day‑to‑day quality control and ongoing improvements across the production process.
