You'll step into an outpatient, panel-based primary care role focused on caring for patients with complex medical needs in collaboration with an integrated care team. Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
• $12,400 annual access bonus for panel target achievement
• Up to $44,000 additional annual production bonus potential
