Shift Manager position at McDonald’s corporate owned restaurant. This franchisee is an independent employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Compensation Starting pay is $13.00/hr.
