4x10s Days, on-call required 6-9 days of call per month, 24 hour on call weekend requirements. The 6-9 weekdays call is distributed over a 4-week schedule period (5:15pm-7am). The days are not continuous and the end result on final schedule always aims to try best to meet needs of staff, but always meeting the needs of the patients ensuring we have 3 staff on call at all times for STEMI coverage. The weekend call is both Sat-Sun together 48 hrs (5:15pm Friday -7am Monday). 1 weekend in 4-week schedule period.

ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS Required. State license required - PEND LICENSE OK! Must have Fluoroscopy and Philips. Min 1 year experience required - will accept first time travelers! Must be able to scrub. Type of facility - Short term acute care hospital. Total Staffed Beds - 426. Level II Trauma Ctr. Scrubs: provided for this role. Charting - EPIC. Free Parking. Part of Yale New Haven Health System.

Special Equipment: -. #Tier2 Travel Compliance RTO - we can auto approve up to 7 days for auto offers. If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested. 2 years required for submission (within specialty submitting to). We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp. CT License takes 15-21 business days to issue. Candidate must apply prior to submittal and start date should allot for the license to issue. Local candidates NOT accepted. Candidate is considered local if they are within 75 miles of hospital site. 1 Reference Required. Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler). Modules: Modules are non-billable. RN: 2 hours. Allied: 1 hour. Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty.
