RN Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic

UCHealth is seeking an RN for our Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic unit within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care to pre- and post-transplant and thoracic surgery patients in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring complex post-operative courses, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and delivering clear patient and family education.
