• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day shift)
• Shift: Full-time hours (8-hour shifts)
• Hours/week: Approximately 16-24 hours (2-3 shifts) per month)
• Employment Type: Part-time
• License/Certifications: MN license required; Board Certification as PA or APP
• Experience: Prior outpatient hematology/oncology experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $144.50
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematological malignancies in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support staff
• Support high-acuity oncology treatments safely and effectively
• Assist with patient education and care coordination
• Use Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation and communication
• Participate in multidisciplinary team activities, including telehealth consultations
• Support active participation in clinical trials when eligible

What You Need:

• Minnesota license as PA or Advanced Practice Provider
• Prior experience in outpatient hematology/oncology (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
