Work Environment\nThis role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to perform your responsibilities from anywhere while contributing to a supportive and collaborative virtual setting. Within our outpatient facility, we embrace modern technology and prioritize a work-life balance, empowering our clinicians to excel both personally and professionally. Your schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs and caseload.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the unique needs of each patient and develop individualized treatment plans that address these needs. \n
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups targeted at common mental health concerns, helping to foster a sense of community among participants. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care for patients and oversee their treatment progress. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, effectively supporting patients during mental health emergencies. \n
- Educate patients on mental health issues and available treatment options, connecting them with community resources as needed. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards. \n
- Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge. \n
- Stay abreast of advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new research and methodologies into your practice. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT is mandatory. \n
- Profound understanding of mental health disorders and mastery of evidence-based treatment modalities and approaches. \n
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and design effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. \n
- Experience in delivering individual and group therapy in a diverse therapeutic setting. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with strong communication abilities, to foster trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Sound ethical judgment and an unwavering commitment to professional boundaries. \n
- Competence in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and professional software applications. \n
- Team-oriented mindset with the capability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. \n

- Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with similar patient populations. \n
- Training or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or populations (e.g., trauma-informed care, couples therapy). \n
