Warehouse Associate

AtWork Personnel is hiring reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a fast-growing distribution and warehouse company in Georgetown, Texas. This Role Is a Great Fit If You: Enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment Take pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right Stay productive without constant supervision Enjoy physical work and staying busy throughout your shift Are dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Want an opportunity to grow within the warehouse and logistics industry What You' ll Do: Pick and pull orders accurately using pick tickets, order sheets, or handheld scanners Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring orders are complete and ready for shipment Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and order information before shipping Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipping and pickup Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers safely Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition Move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment Operate a forklift if certified/qualified - forklift certification and experience are a plus Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks Restock shelves, bins, and inventory locations Use handheld scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed Identify damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies and report them appropriately Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free aisles, workstations, and loading areas Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations Work as part of a team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time Qualifications & Skills: Previous warehouse, distribution, picking/packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred Forklift certification/experience is a plus Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read labels, pick tickets, packing slips, and order sheets Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Basic computer and scanner skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and stay on task Safety-conscious and committed to following warehouse procedures Ability to meet productivity and quality goals Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 6: 00 AM - 3: 00 PM Additional Requirements: Reliable transportation Dependable attendance and punctuality EEO NOTICE AtWork is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
