About the Role:

As a CDL-A Driver for our local operations in Winston-Salem, NC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to transport products from our distribution center to various local destinations while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption, to ensure compliance with DOT regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 years of driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the wholesale trade industry.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns in Greensboro, NC.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to local customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, including mileage and fuel usage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
