Job Description CTC Academy, located in Oakland, NJ (Bergen County), is a not-for-profit organization that serves special needs children/young adults, ranging from 6 to 21 years of age. CTC provides services to diverse learners with multiple and varying disabilities. Start Date September 2026 Required Certification K-6 Elementary and Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped certificate Job Responsibilities Implement a high-quality curriculum while differentiating instruction to fulfill each child’s IEP Utilize a wide variety of assistive technology to meet the diverse instructional needs of students Collaborate with professional staff using a team approach Provide supervision, guidance, and assistance to classroom aides and one-to-one nurses.
