Car Wash Team Lead

Pure Magic is seeking a hands-on Car Wash Team Lead to oversee daily site operations and support a smooth, friendly customer experience. In this role, you’ll guide a small crew, model excellent service, and keep wash equipment and lanes running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include opening and closing duties, basic cash handling, monitoring chemical levels and inventory, and maintaining spotless site standards. You’ll train new team members, assign tasks, and reinforce safety procedures. This on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and staying active throughout the day.
