About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: Active BLS required Must-Have: Current EPIC EMR proficiency Description: RN will work primarily on the Comprehensive Medical Unit, but will also occasionally float between various Medical-Surgical units. Day shift with every other weekend required. There is no call requirement. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required; refresher courses or one-on-one assistance are not options. The ability to read Telemetry is necessary, and the RN will be tested for this skill on the first day. Termination will occur if the competency is not passed. Termination may also occur if the RN is not proficient in Epic. Additional details regarding hours may be subject to change.
