Here's What You'll Be Up To

• Performing thorough physical exams and patient histories that dig deeper than just the symptoms.
• Ordering and interpreting labs, scans, and tests with the goal of creating personalized treatment plans not just copy-paste protocols.
• Prescribing meds, treatments, and lifestyle changes that align with both evidence-based practice and the patient's world.
• Managing chronic and acute conditions with a steady hand, sharp clinical judgment, and a ton of compassion.
• Partnering with doctors, nurses, and specialists to coordinate whole-person care.
• Being that go-to person for patient education whether it's walking someone through a new diagnosis, calming nerves before a procedure, or helping families feel more in control of their health journey.

You'll also document everything with care (we use a modern EHR system), stay updated on the latest evidence-based guidelines, and support your fellow team members whenever they need it.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have your Master's in Nursing from an accredited NP program.
• Hold an active NP license and are Board Certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Bring BLS and ACLS certifications or are ready to get them.
• Have experience as an NP or RN (we love well-rounded clinicians).

• Care deeply about treating patients like people, not numbers.
