Traveling Superintendent

Position OverviewWe're looking for a Traveling Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects across multiple states. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, knows how to run jobs independently, and can deliver projects safely, on schedule, and at a high level of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day field operations on assigned healthcare construction projectsManage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and quality controlEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and trade partnersDrive project schedules and proactively solve field issuesMaintain jobsite documentation, reporting, and compliance requirementsOversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeoutQualificationsSuperintendent experience managing commercial construction projectsHealthcare construction experience strongly preferredAbility to travel extensively for projects across multiple statesComfortable working as a road warrior and being home roughly every other weekendStrong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safetyAble to lead from the front and keep teams aligned in the fieldStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who can take ownership of a jobsite with minimal hand-holdingA builder who is organized, decisive, and steady under pressureExperience managing complex projects and keeping schedules movingA professional who works well with both field teams and clientsTravelSignificant travel requiredTypical rotation allows for home every other weekendBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
