Your Day-to-Day Complete comprehensive clinical assessments for newly admitted behavioral health patients Develop individualized care plans addressing clinical, medical, and therapeutic needs Support patients managing anxiety, depression, dementia, or adjustment-related challenges Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting, helping patients maintain independence Travel to patients across the San Ramon area What We're Looking For Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Current, active RN license in California Experience: BSN with a focus in psychiatric or mental health nursing: minimum 1 year of recent experience (within the last 3 years preferred) in an acute psychiatric unit, psychiatric home care, PHP, or outpatient psychiatric setting ADN with a focus in psychiatric or mental health nursing: minimum 2 years of recent experience (within the last 3 years preferred) in the same settings Additional Requirements: Current CPR certification Valid driver's license with insured, reliable vehicle Ability to travel to patients across assigned service area #J-18808-Ljbffr Great Bay Staffing Group
