Vessel Welder
Pay: $26–$29/hr (DOE)
Location: Catoosa, OK
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM & 8 Hours shift on Saturday
Weld Test : Open Root 3G Mig & Flux Core, Fill & Cap

Integrity Staffing is hiring experienced Vessel Welders for a growing manufacturing facility in Catoosa. This is a long-term opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and full benefits.

Position Summary
The Vessel Welder is responsible for performing high-quality production welds on pressure vessels and related components. This role requires the ability to set up equipment, adjust weld parameters, inspect finished welds, and maintain production standards while following strict safety and quality guidelines.

What You Will Do

• Set up and operate MIG/Flux-Core welding equipment
• Adjust voltage, amperage, and wire feed settings for optimal weld quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Perform weld repairs while minimizing scrap and rework
• Maintain production averages and efficiency standards
• Complete basic documentation and data entry as required
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work in confined spaces and crawl in and out of vessels as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience
• Must pass a 3G MIG/Flux-Core weld test
• Strong understanding of weld parameters (volts, amps, wire feed)
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Vessel welding experience preferred but not required.
