What You'll Do:

• Sand, grind, buff, and finish fiberglass surfaces to meet quality standards

• Repair cosmetic and structural fiberglass imperfections

• Prepare boat hulls, decks, and components for final assembly and paint processes

• Use hand tools, power tools, sanders, grinders, and finishing equipment safely and effectively

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure a smooth, high-quality appearance

• Follow work instructions, quality guidelines, and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in fiberglass finishing, marine manufacturing, automotive body work, composites, painting, or related trades preferred

• Ability to work with hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

• Ability to read and follow production instructions

• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
