Vascular Sonographer

Ultrasound TechnicianKey Responsibilities:Conduct adult ultrasound scans on various patientsCollaborate and communicate with the provider regarding clinical assessments and the clinic staff to ensure smooth flow within clinic operations.Perform examinations, recognizing the significance of all structures that are visualized, differentiating artifacts from appropriate images, while recognizing the limitations of equipment and utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology.Responsible for uploading and documenting measurements/reports through Onepacs systems and our EMR system.Educate patients and families of safe and appropriate testing; thoroughly explaining procedures, answering questions and calming concerns.Other duties as assignedQualifications:At least 1 year of experience in Vascular UltrasoundsRVT Certification, ARRT Certification, ARDMS/RDMS CertificationAbility to maintain composure under stress, using tactical and good judgment.Demonstrate analytical decision-making skills; ability to quickly assess and resolve technical and patient care problems.Ability to work both independently and as a care team member.Ability to comply with all HIPAA requirements.Basic computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMon-Sat 5 Days 7:30AM-3:30PM
