Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapies including stem cell and CAR-T therapies.
• Monitor patient status pre-and post-administration of cellular therapies.
• Provide nursing care to patients with blood cancers in a specialized BMT unit.
• Float to oncology and CTU units as required to meet patient care needs.
• Utilize Epic charting system to document patient care accurately.
• Ensure patient safety and implement neutropenic precautions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of acute care BMT/Hematology experience; chemotherapy administration preferred.
• Current AHA BLS and CO or Compact RN License required.
• ONS/ONCC chemo certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to manage flexible nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Willingness to float between units and participate in weekend rotations.
