Behavioral Health Directing Clinician, Licensed (Masters)

The Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is a Tribal health care organization that serves nearly 30,000 people in rural villages with populations ranging from about 10 to over 1,000. Position Summary This position, located in Bethel, supervises Behavioral Health Clinicians, Case‑Managers, and Counselors. The Supervisor collaborates with the Directing Village Clinical Supervisor on referrals to villages, provides supervision and clinical direction to the Family Center and Intake Department, and delivers clinical services including integrated assessments, mental health assessments, caseload maintenance, treatment planning, referrals, and administrative duties as directed by the Director of Outpatient Services in Behavioral Health. Position Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing with a specialty in Mental Health. Clinical supervisory experience preferred. Three (3) years of clinical experience providing behavioral health direct services at a satisfactory level. Experience in a cross‑cultural setting, preferably with Native American cultures. State of Alaska licensure required or must be obtained within three months of hire. Computer literacy required. Ability to supervise Behavioral Health Clinicians, Case‑Managers, and Counselors.
