Role Overview The role of Operations Specialist at MECCA Sydney CBD involves ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and supporting store initiatives across MECCA George Street and MECCA Martin Place POP. Responsibilities Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard. Support the management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus. Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes. Contribute to overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities. Success Criteria Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences. Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering.
