Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Full Time

The Nurse in the Medsurg or Telemetry setting practices independently, providing routine and complex care aligned with patient treatment plans. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, assessing patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families. Core competencies involve critical thinking, effective communication, patient flow management, safety practices, and adherence to regulations. Technical skills encompass clinical policies, health information documentation, equipment use, order processing, chart interpretation, and patient safety. Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), minimum 2 years of Medsurg and Telemetry experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (within 30 days).
