Each day you’ll organize and lead recreational activities to help guests enjoy their vacations and create lifelong memories with their family and friends.As the Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for the proper control of the incoming and outgoing inventory, mail, supplies and packages that arrive for the Housekeeping department. This position will also store and stock inventory in the supply room, ensuring all standards are followed for checking out of inventory or supplies. Loading and unloading deliveries is also involved. This position may require prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling, and constant lifting up to 50 pounds.How You'll Make an Impact:Create, plan and execute guest activity programs for the resort.Promote and register guests for resort activities.Monitor, supervise, and assist guests during activities.Handle all safety issues and incidents immediately.Maintain an inventory control system as directed by company standards.Attend and complete required resort and company trainings.What You’ll Bring:Basic office duties with basic PC skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Creativity and customer obsession.Ability to demonstrate good judgement when interacting with guests and team members.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Previous experience with Inventory and Ordering preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Willingness to work an adjusted schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.Depending on the location, one or more of these certifications or ability to become certified: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, Alcohol Awareness Card, Food Server Health Card.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
