Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a 13-week inpatient rehab assignment. This night shift role involves providing specialized care to rehabilitation patients, ensuring their safety and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care during night shifts, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Float to other units as needed based on census and acuity levels.
• Enforce facility protocols, including COVID patient care and safety standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all compliance, licensing, and safety regulations, including drug screening and health assessments.

Qualifications:

• Valid MO RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience.
• Willingness to work night shifts (7 pm - 7:30 am) and float to alternate areas.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and COVID precautions.
• Experience with Allscripts/Sunrise EMR preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently.
