Location: West Chester, OH Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Job Description Seeking an organized, detail-oriented AR Specialist – Compliance Coordinator to support billing, accounts receivable, and project compliance for a growing construction company. Responsibilities: Prepare and process monthly progress billings accurately and on time. Monitor accounts receivable and update billing and collection statuses. Collect lien waivers and manage compliance documentation. Track lien deadlines and research state-specific lien requirements. Communicate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to resolve billing issues. Support accounting and operations teams while identifying process improvements. Qualifications: Experience with accounts receivable, billing, or accounting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP/accounting systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
