Customer Service Representative – Financial Services – $22/Hour

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

We are hiring a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist clients withfinancial service inquiries. The ideal candidate has strong communicationskills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate andefficient support in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance
• Assist customers with financial service and account-related inquiries
• Provide support for online and mobile banking services
• Research customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Follow established procedures, policies, and security guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards
• Work effectively with team members in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or contact center experience preferred
• Financial services or banking experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
