Job Description

A+ Realty Home Services is a Maintenance Sevice for A+ Realty Management which is a full service Property Management Company that manages over 300 properties throughout multiple surrounding counties. We are looking for an experienced person to assist in maintenance and repairs of all our properties which include things from painting, basic Plumbing, Pressure Washing, Drywall, flooring, clean-outs and more. You must have a Clean Driving Record- DMV Report will be done prior to hire, be Drug Free, have your own smart phone to access your Work Orders through our App you will have to provide pictures of before and after of every repair, and have ALL your Own Tools. Background Check & Drug Screening will be conducted prior to hiring as well as random testing. Will not accept Marijuana medical card. Company Vehicle & gas will be provided.

During your interview you must bring the tools you own.

Job Task include but are not limited to the following:

Lifting 30lbs - 50lbs
Standing for a minimum of 30 minutes at a time
Crawling and maneuvering in compact areas such as crawl spaces and attics.
Climbing on ladders and roofs
