Foster Care Case Manager

Foster Care Case Manager At TFI Family Services, we don’t just manage cases—we change lives. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and purpose-driven Foster Care Case Manager to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Do Manage a caseload of approximately 14–20 children Conduct regular visits with children, parents, and foster families Coordinate family and sibling visitation Facilitate Family Support Team (FST) meetings Partner with courts, schools, therapists, and child welfare professionals Attend court hearings and provide case updates Connect families to community and support resources Complete accurate and timely documentation Transport children to appointments when needed Participate in limited on‑call rotations (after-hands support is compensated) Travel Requirements Regular in‑state travel (Kansas City, Columbia, Springfield, Cape Girardeau, etc.) What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who leads with empathy, stays organized under pressure, and communicates effectively with families and professionals.
