Line Cook Pay: $16 - 20 per hour Job type Full-time, Part-time Education No education required Work location On-site We are looking to add a line cook at Twisted Laurel in Weaverville. We are an established high volume restaurant that has become a favorite hang-out to both locals and tourists. We have a high employee retention rate, with some employees being here for nearly 10 years. We would like add the right person to our staff. Responsibilities Training and executing different stations of high volume line Prepping according to recipes and training Cleaning and maintaining of equipment Following all rules and procedures of establishment Following all safety and sanitary guidelines Qualifications Superior dexterity skills to operate cutting tools quickly and safely Keen understanding of industry-standard best cooking and preparation practices Familiarity with safe and sanitary food handling and preparation Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills Great collaboration and teamwork skills Effective communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience preferred We are a locally owned restaurant + full bar serving up casual, Mediterranean-inspired comfort foods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
